Ashdean is a house, cottage and poultry farm that stands between Miles Lane and Dean Lane just south of where they join.

There were no buildings on this site on the 1926 1:10560 Ordnance Survey map and Ashdean House had been built by the time the 1962 1:2500 map was published. By about 1970 1:2500 the three large poultry houses had been added. An additional cottage and smaller poultry house have since been built alongside the most southerly of the original poultry houses.
